Williams Financial Services Ltd (WWFS) are delighted to announce that we have
decided to partner with Surrey Wildlife Trust for another year.
As we have
got to know the Surrey Wildlife Trust throughout our first partnership year we
have been impressed with the breadth of work in which the Trust is involved and
its dedication to preserving and improving our and our wildlife’s habitats in
Surrey. With the importance of the
preserving wildlife and our natural landscapes being increasing linked to the
maintenance of human health and well-being we feel even more strongly that
supporting this charity is the right thing to do.
In addition
to our Bronze Corporate Partnership we have supported the Trust by raising
funds through two cake bakes – a Halloween one and an Easter Bake which were impressively
and creatively supported throughout our office.
We had a day out on the “Pine & Dine” event in December when we had
a wonderfully active day chopping down invasive pine (or Christmas Trees to
us!) on one of the commons. We also
attended a Reception held by the Trust to view the Society of Wildlife Artists
exhibition in October 2017and enjoyed finding out more about the Trust “on
site” when we visited them at their Nower Wood facility where we experienced
the education centre at first hand.
We hope that
our contribution will enable the Surrey Wildlife Trust in some small way to
carry on with the vital work in which they are involved.
